    Bodily is looking for a dynamic and resourceful individual to join our team as a temporary, part-time Ops Manager. As a key member of the Integrated Production, Supply Chain, and Quality Excellence team, you will play a crucial role in managing the entire production lifecycle. This includes overseeing important tasks such as supporting freight activities, handling purchase orders, and managing invoices for all raw materials and finished goods. You will also be instrumental in ensuring that our product operations teams adhere to delivery schedules and meet product launch timelines. This is a great opportunity to contribute to the success of our operations and make an impact in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Logistics Support

    • Support the product operations team by monitoring incoming shipments of new products.
    • Collaborate with suppliers and freight forwarders to gather precise shipment data
    • Ensure that products are delivered to the warehouse and accurately stored.
    • Share shipment information with other team members promptly.
    • Track and manage our shipments with our logistics platform FlexPort

    Purchase Order Support

    • Collaborate closely with the product operations team to ensure that purchase order data is accurately transferred and maintained within our inventory management system (Cin7) as well as other internal data systems.
    • Auditing costing data in our inventory management system, Cin7
    • Track and report the progress of each purchase order to the internal team to ensure completion of each purchase order through internal hand-offs.

    Inventory Data Support

    • Track the current status of invoice and work with the internal team to ensure all invoices are approved and paid in a timely manner.
    • Input invoice data in our inventory management system, Cin7
    • Manage invoice data within our inventory management system.
    • Assist in maintaining our product databases across multiple systems (Cin7, WMS, Internal Systems) to ensure all product data is accurate and up to date.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
    • 2+ years of experience in direct-to-consumer e-commerce (digitally native companies)
    • Experience using Cin7 (formally known as Dear Inventory Systems) is required
    • Skilled in using spreadsheet apps: Excel, Google Sheets
    • Experience in using FlexPort as a freight forwarder is a huge plus
    • Meticulous organizational skills. You enjoy creating order out of disorder.
    • Enjoy collaborating with team members and outside vendors.
