- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring and hard-to-fill roles.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools to track and manage candidate flow and data.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific needs, define job descriptions, and establish effective recruitment strategies and timelines.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Manage the offer process, including salary negotiation, and extend formal job offers.
- Ensure a consistently positive and respectful experience for all candidates, regardless of the outcome.
- Act as an ambassador for the company, effectively communicating our values, culture, and opportunities.
- Participate in career fairs and recruiting events to promote the company's employer brand.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation on all candidates and recruiting activities.
- Ensure all hiring practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Track key recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source of hire) and provide regular reports to HR leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
