    Overview
    We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process, from identifying job requirements and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews, extending offers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a deep understanding of recruiting best practices and employment law.
    Key Responsibilities
    Talent Sourcing and Pipeline Management
    • Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
    • Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring and hard-to-fill roles.
    • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools to track and manage candidate flow and data.
    Full-Cycle Recruitment
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific needs, define job descriptions, and establish effective recruitment strategies and timelines.
    • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
    • Manage the offer process, including salary negotiation, and extend formal job offers.
    Candidate Experience and Employer Branding
    • Ensure a consistently positive and respectful experience for all candidates, regardless of the outcome.
    • Act as an ambassador for the company, effectively communicating our values, culture, and opportunities.
    • Participate in career fairs and recruiting events to promote the company's employer brand.
    Compliance and Reporting
    • Maintain accurate and organized documentation on all candidates and recruiting activities.
    • Ensure all hiring practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws.
    • Track key recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source of hire) and provide regular reports to HR leadership.
    Qualifications
    Required Skills and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

    • Proven success in sourcing passive candidates and building talent pipelines.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates and internal stakeholders at all levels.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
