    Partners Professionals is currently looking for a Human Resources Manager, located in Oceanside, CA Direct hire, M-F 8-5pm, onsite, offering $130-165K. This position is responsible for leading Human Resources practices and initiatives helping to promote and drive a healthy high-performance culture that emphasizes customer service, productivity, goal attainment, recruitment, and ongoing team member development. The Human Resources Manager provides full cycle Human Resources support and is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving HR excellence and process improvement and working closely with Visas

    Human Resources Manager duties:

    · Lead the human resource effort to ensure that all policies, processes and regulations are adhered to in a consistent and timely manner.

    · Coordinate the recruiting process with recruiters for hourly and salary vacancies including job fairs, open houses, job postings, etc.

    · Help Recruiters schedule the screening and Supervisor/Manager's interviews and help select candidates for various warehoused hourly and salary positions.

    · Coordinate/conduct new hire and new leader orientations.

    · Demonstrate a working knowledge of the business and take a consultative approach assessing and providing creative HR solutions.

    · Effectively coach leadership in matters relating to employees, HR processes, HR programs.

    · Recommend and create effective employee counseling or coaching documentation.

    · Manage resolution of employee relations investigations to ensure fair, consistent, and proper resolution in alignment with company policy, procedures and values.

    · Manage HRIS and administrative tasks to provide proper and accurate data entry, maintenance and reporting in a timely manner.

    · Review reports and dashboards that measure business improvements and provide suggestions for future changes or decisions.

    · Partner with operational leaders to develop a culture of positive employee relations and engagement.

    · Advise and consult with HR Leadership during difficult and highly complex HR issues, including performance management, corrective/disciplinary action and investigations.

    · Address employee issues and/or complaints to ensure all concerns are investigated thoroughly, documented properly, and resolved in a timely manner.

    · Serve as a trusted partner and provide recommendations to operations and HR leadership.

    · H2A program support. Aid with the processing of paperwork and administration of the H2A guest worker program supporting the Director of HR.

    Human Resources Manager Requirements:

    · Bachelor's degree required in HR or related filed. A combination of education and work experience will be considered.

    · 8+ years HR Mgmt., HR Business Partner and/or HR Manager experience including employment law, government compliance, and performance management

    · Agricultural Industry required

    · Experience with H1 H2 visas required

    · Strong understanding of business environment, strategy, and business needs

    · Strong experience of analyzing and presenting data

    · Strong computer skills using Microsoft, HRIS and Applicant Tracking tools
