Responsibilities:
Review job-site to collect information affecting the estimate, write and negotiate Xactimate estimate

Review Insurance settlement documentation, write Xactimate supplement if needed

Continually work with vendors and subcontractors to ensure they follow scope

Use best practices to minimize risk and to hit profitability targets

Create budget and vendor specs for your production team to re-build after loss

Address cost and specifications issues with team of in-house, subs, and vendors


Qualifications:
Xactimate training and experience for project cost estimating department 4-8 years experience working in a similar capacity. (Insurance Restoration)

The position must have competence to negotiate with TPA's and adjusters

This position must be able to demonstrate leadership abilities and possess above average written and oral communication skills.

The ability to work well in a team environment is also essential for this position.
