    Sandvik Machining Solutions in Hebron, KY is looking for a Warehouse Associate to work on the 1st Shift from 7:30am to 4pm, Monday through Friday.

    The starting pay is at $17.50 - $18.50 per hour based on experience and a $1000 Training Completion Bonus.

    We are a business area within the Sandvik Group and a global market-leading manufacturer of tools and tooling systems for advanced industrial metal cutting. Our products are manufactured in cemented carbide and other hard materials such as diamond, cubic boron nitride and special ceramics.

    Key Responsibilities

    The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for processing customer orders for shipment, receiving inbound material from internal and external suppliers, and working within the guidelines of all established policies and procedures.

    • Ensuring accuracy on all orders received by internal and external suppliers.
    • Operating RF units effectively.
    • Accurately counting and verifying items and quantities during cycle counting.
    • Picking, packing and processing internal and external customer orders.
    • Receiving and putting away product in correct bin locations.
    • Performing Value Added Service (VAS) functions on customer orders.
    • Accurate reporting of completed packages/shipments.
    • Reporting all found non-conformances.

    Your Profile

    The ideal candidate must possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and be on their feet for 6-8 hours/day.

    Candidates should have a strong knowledge of WMS systems and ISO systems, basic computer knowledge, and a flexible work schedule.

    The Warehouse Associate must also be legally permitted to work and reside in the United States.
