- Develop strategic and targeted content to drive brand/resort engagement for marketing initiatives including web sites, email campaigns, digital and print advertising, promotional and event-specific materials, videos and social media efforts.
- Collect and analyze competitive, customer and industry data to report on trends and identify opportunities to innovate promotions, packages and resort inclusions.
- Manage logistics for industry and on-property brand marketing initiatives to create assets to sell the resort experience, including video/photography shoots.
- Track and report on performance of promotional, monthly, quarterly and annual initiatives to optimize marketing budget and achieve company MBOs.
- Audit and project manage updates of brand websites, resort pages and all collateral materials ensuring all content, imagery and positioning are current and adhere to brand standards.
- Develop strong relationships with cross-functional SMEs and operational leads to ensure all marketing initiatives are fully supported and executed according to brand standards.
- Assist in the successful launch and marketing of new brands and properties in development to meet sales targets and revenue goals as established.
- Support the plan and maintenance of budgets for associated brands and projects.
- Assist with creation of annual marketing plans, quarterly and adhoc presentations.

- Bachelor's Degree
- 1+ year marketing/advertising experience
- Project management experience a plus
- Ability to collaborate with and lead cross-functional teams and vendors
- Advanced MS Office skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong creative copywriting and proof-reading skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills, forward thinking and basic business acumen
- Must be very organized, detail-oriented and great at multi-tasking
- Intermediate MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Spanish a plus, but not required
