Recently named a Forbes America's Best-InThe Marketing Assistant is adept at prioritizing and meeting deadlines, comfortable with working on multiple projects at a time, and actively participates in brainstorming and developing marketing and advertising concepts and strategies.
Maintains and updates project management system with relevant information, creates project plans, updates scheduling, and provides reporting working closely with team and leadership to prioritize and balance competing needs.
Proactively monitors deadlines, information, and deliverables in project management system.Keeps leadership and team up to date on project status and alerts them to projects needing attention to help ensure that work is moving efficiently through the department.
Assists with development and creation of marketing materials and campaigns. Assists with set up, facilitation, and execution of marketing events and presence at community events. Maintains a full understanding of marketing and communications schedule, priorities and processes. Places promotional item and print item orders and maintains inventory of materials and marketing collateral. Works with external vendors to coordinate deadlines and submission of materials. Communicates with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates on status of work, projects, and requests when needed. Coordinates submission of invoices to Accounts Payable and follows up when needed. Schedules meetings as necessary.
Other duties as needed What we need from you Education: 2 year / Associate Degree, required Marketing, communications, design, public relations, journalism or related field, preferred Experience may be considered in lieu of education.
Minimum 2 years experience in an administrative, executive assistant, operations, project management or relevant role, required Minimum 1 year experience in marketing, communications, design, photography, social media or other related experience, preferred Skills:

Pay Range Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.

USD $20.29/Hr
