    Job Description

    Position Summary

    Do you enjoy driving and have a knack for handling personal matters efficiently? We are looking for a Driver Assistant to safely transport our Executive to various destinations, handle personal and business errands, and ensure smooth operations for the Executive team.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Transport Executive to and from locations in a timely manner
    • Handle personal and business matters of the Executive
    • Act as a personal trainer to the executive assistant
    • Demonstrate professionalism in all communications
    • Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail
    • Drive safely, comply with laws, and conduct vehicle inspections
    • Maintain vehicle in a safe condition
    • Report safety issues, maintenance needs, and accidents promptly
    • Assist with office administrative tasks
    • Perform any other duties assigned by the Executive

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Previous experience in Driving, Personal Assistant role, Personal trainer minimum 3+ years preferred

    • Must have valid Driver's License and clean driving history

    • Strong sense of propriety and discretion

    • Must be flexible to work with the President/CEO schedule any day, including weekends

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

    • Must be thorough and detailed oriented, and can maintain composure under pressure

    • Must have the ability to drive long hours and distances and travel regularly
