Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A school district in Mabelvale, AR, is seeking a certified and licensed School Psychologist to support students across elementary, middle, and high school levels. This contract position offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic educational environment, contributing to the mental health and academic success of diverse student populations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments for students in elementary, middle, and high school settings.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and provide intervention strategies.
• Offer counseling and support services to students facing social, emotional, or behavioral challenges.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to address student needs and promote positive educational outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with legal and district standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid certification and licensure as a School Psychologist.
• Experience working with students at the elementary, middle, and high school levels.
• Strong knowledge of assessment tools, intervention strategies, and special education laws.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
