- Accounting Operations:
- Execute journal entries, bank reconciliations, and balance sheet reconciliations for 3-4 assigned Brands during month-end close, ensuring compliance with GAAP and company policies.
- Manage allocation of corporate costs across divisions, branches, and Brands, supporting Brand Leaders with accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Coordinate intercompany reconciliations and workers compensation entries with TPC Parent finance team, prepare flux explanations for Brand Controller review, and assist with financial audit requests.
- Team Supervision:
- Supervise offshore accounting staff in India, providing guidance, feedback, and training for their professional development.
- Assist in training offshore general accounting and accounts payable teams.
- Acquisition Integration Support:
- Support financial integration of new partnerships by overseeing transition of banks, accounts payable, general accounting, and other processes.
- 3+ years of relevant accounting experience
- Offshore team experience preferred
- Multi-location experience advantageous
- Bachelors degree and/or CPA certification preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and in a team, emphasizing accuracy and timeliness
- Strong work ethic and detail-oriented mindset
- Desire for continuous learning and growth in the industry
