    Description

    As a Clinical Sales Representative at CVRx, you will play a vital role in providing clinical and sales support for our cutting-edge technology and business applications. You will be responsible for educating current and potential customers, as well as providing procedure coverage within a defined region or geography.

    Key Duties And Responsibilities

    • Effectively communicate the product and clinical benefits of CVRx devices to cardiologists, Heart Failure, Hypertension Specialists, and cardiac/vascular surgeons, ensuring their understanding of the clinical therapy.
    • Educate and train clinicians, office, and hospital staff on the proper use of CVRx products.
    • Provide technical support and troubleshooting during implant procedures, follow-up procedures, and patient office visits to ensure positive clinical outcomes.
    • Collaborate with Account Managers in developing a sales plan tailored to the local market.
    • Work with hospital staff and key physicians to effectively launch CVRx programs at new customer sites and ensure ongoing commitment to the program.
    • Drive utilization and continuous expansion of CVRx products through disease state education and supporting the development of therapeutic programs.
    • Convert high-potential leads and drive training activities.
    • Meet with existing and potential healthcare providers to identify their clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care, and provide creative and feasible solutions.
    • Support the Clinical Research function to ensure enrollment, high-quality follow-up, and completeness of data for the Company's studies.

    Requirements

    Required:
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively manage relationships with key customer groups and CVRx staff.
    • Ability to master concepts of a medical and surgical nature, as well as active implantable medical device technology.
    • Independent, self-motivated, and a self-starter with the drive and persistence to introduce a novel and innovative technology to the market.

    Preferred

    • Advanced degree preferred.
    • Experience with products for cardiology or cardiac surgery therapeutic devices is advantageous.
    • Healthcare experience is beneficial.
    • Proven track record with clinical trial and technical training assignments.
    • Knowledge of the market with a clear understanding of competitive devices, strategies, advantages/disadvantages as they relate to CVRx devices.
    • Ability to interact with R&D to represent the customer perspective and provide input on product enhancements and new product development.

    Working Conditions

    • Normal office conditions.
    • This position will require interfacing with multiple internal departments and physician investigators/customers.
    • Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs.
    • Ability to travel 40% or more.
    • May be required to be fully vaccinated against the COVID-19 virus and other diseases.
