Our Client:

We are currently representing a large, national developer with an office in south Florida who have asked us to assist them in finding a talented Senior Project Manager to join their team. They have over $50B in assets owned or under development including mixed use, residential, and commercial office properties.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure
• Develop project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation
• Define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria
• Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
• Monitor project progress and identify any risks or issues that may impact timelines or deliverables
• Implement effective project management methodologies and best practices
• Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
• Manage project documentation, including requirements, specifications, and change requests
• Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders
• Provide leadership and guidance to project team members

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Experience in business process modeling and process improvement initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in product development or program development is preferred
• Familiarity with change management principles and practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• PMP certification is highly desirable
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
