- BSN or BS/BA degree in nursing is preferred but would consider candidates without the degree who have an interest or experience in long term care or subacute rehabilitation.
- Current RN Pennsylvania state license required.
- Current BCLS required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Candidate must be organized and able to lead and manage a team.
- Demonstrates ability to use problem solving, critical thinking and priority setting skills.
- Ability to perform diversified duties with time limitations with a high degree of accuracy.
- Computer skills preferred.
