- Inspect tram at beginning and end of shift to insure perfection in cleanliness and mechanical requirements.
- Drive tram in a safe manner to pick-up/drop-off stops as scheduled.
- Assist guests on/off tram as needed.
- Interact with guests to point out resort amenities/activities and local area attractions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, required.
- Must be self-motivated to work independently.
- Must have excellent guest service and problem resolution skills.
- Must possess a valid driver license and acceptable driving record.
- Must be able to sit on/drive tram for entire shift
- Must be able to bend, kneel, and stoop
- Must be able to move/lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be able to work in outside hot/cold and inclement weather conditions.
