- CPA with ERP implementation experience
- Must have strong finance and accounting experience within Manufacturing Industry
- Driving the companys financial planning
- Ensure compliance with the law and companys policies
- Direct and oversee the financial activities
- Developing and implementing financial strategies
- Performing risk management by analyzing the organizations liabilities and investments
- Monitors financial performance by measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances
- Developing plans for growth to increase company profit while also reducing expenditure
- Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organizations operations
- Supervise all finance personnel (controllers, treasurers etc.)
- Set the company's strategy and direction
- Implement and maintain financial controls through the use of ERP systems.
- Develop analytical accounting rules and cost center structures for enhanced financial analysis.
- Manage the costing database and support Marketing in bidding processes.
- Analyze and provide insights on product costing.
- MBA/CPA
- ERP implementation experience
- In depth knowledge of corporate financial law
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
- Knowledgeable in budgeting, accounting, and resource management
- Strong integrity and accountability
- Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. SAP)
