- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in Plastic Surgery practices, Dermatology clinics, and Medical Spas.
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 12 months of successful sales experience in selling aesthetic lasers to Plastic Surgeons, Dermatologists, Med Spas, or lasers/capital in dental or vision space.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.

- Base Salary: $75,000.00
- Total Compensation at Plan: $250,000.00 to $350, including commissions and bonuses)
