Job Description

We are seeking a qualified candidate with Epic experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional healthcare services in a supportive and compassionate environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and support as per the healthcare standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Assist in the implementation of treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Epic experience required.
• Valid Driver's License or State ID.
• Completion of immunizations including MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza, Varicella, and TB Test.
• Completion of Catholic-specific checks and certifications.
