Job summary
LPN - Part-time-Weekends Under the general direction of the Wellness Director primary responsibilities include but are not limited to providing assistance to residents in maintaining their highest level of functional independence and psychosocial wellness.

- Assumes responsibility for administering quality care to meet total needs of residents
- Provides medication administration handling & storage as follows:
- Provides medication assistance for residents in accordance with state regulations and company policy including pouring preparing assisting with administration and documentation
