    We're looking for Customer Service Professionals for our Getzville, NY office. This role is for people who want to provide our policyholders the excellent customer service they want and need.

    You'll be the first contact for our customers:

    Many associates see a base salary increase of 10% within their first year as a Customer Service Representative.

    Top associates can see increases up to 15%Qualifications & Skills:
    Candidates must have the ability to commute to our Getzville NY location.

    Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate.

    Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate's work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations. At this time, GEICO will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.
