Responsibilities
- Responsible for reporting oversight and back-up support of department personnel This includes but not limited to CECL industry reports SEC and Call Report supplemental reports.
- Responsible for preparing the Modification formerly Troubled Debt Restructuring report for SEC reporting setting up quarterly meetings as well as presenting and making recommendations to senior management regarding inclusion in the report Also assists in the completion of the Call report.
