Fit Franchise Brands, a franchisor of fitness facilities nationwide, is s eeking an exceptional Accounting Manager to lead our financial department towards operational excellence and strategic financial planning.

The successful candidate will manage daily accounting tasks, oversee financial reporting, and play a crucial role in budgeting and forecasting.

What Youll Do:
Perform accurate recordkeeping and monthly reconciliations, as well as prepare timely and detailed reports and financial records, for all corporate entities within Fit Franchise Brands;Forecasting and budgeting analyses for both corporate entities and company held franchise locations;Retain constant awareness of the Companys financial position, and provide information to the CEO on a regular cadence;Responsible for all Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions for corporate entities;Responsible for the management of the annual independent audit for all entities, and coordinate with the auditors for timely completion of the audit reports and tax returns;Sales and use tax filings;Oversee the bookkeeping department at Fit Franchise Brands, whereby the books and records are maintained for individual franchise locations;Responsible for HR functions, including payroll processing, employee benefits, onboarding new hires, and other HR related tasks;Manage vendor relationships and ensure adherence to structured agreements;

Role Requirements:
