The Prep Cook is responsible for preparing ingredients and setting up workstations for cooks to create dishes for events This includes tasks like washing chopping measuring ingredients as well as maintaining a clean and organized workspace Prep cooks ensure that all necessary items are readily available for chefs to prepare meals according to specific menus and event requirements
