- Education, Experience, Training
- A minimum of 2-year Housekeeping leadership experience in an institutional setting.
- Familiarity with Joint Commission requirements, preferred.
- Knowledge of chemical sanitizers and general housekeeping functions.
- Duties and Responsibilities
- Organize, direct, and administer environmental services programs to maintain hospital environments.
- Plan work schedules to ensure adequate service coverage.
- Evaluate products and equipment for housekeeping use.
- Inspect and ensure cleanliness standards are met.
- Lead by example and promote teamwork among the team.
- Comply with all directives, policies, and regulations.
- Perform any other assigned duties as necessary.
