    Description

    CLIENT CARE COORDINATOR

    Position Summary:

    The Client Care Coordinator will support the coordination of care for families and clients through the enrollment process at SARRC.

    Your Role at SARRC

    Maintains primary focus upon work duties and results as well as client services needs with secondary focus on administrative tasks.

    Complies fully with all medical records and information privacy regulations, local, state and federal.
    Supports multiple staff members and departments within the enrollment process by coordinating the needs of each department and client/family.
    Presents a welcoming and highly interactive interpersonal style to all family members and clients in-person and by telephone.

    Answers telephones and responds to all messages promptly while providing accurate information to client/families, capturing all details with the electronic database and coordinating and following up on all needs related to enrollment.

    Appropriately balances skills required for interacting effectively with clinicians, children, parents, families, and other employees.

    Coordinates and tracks assessment/client records; reviews all submitted paperwork from client/family for accuracy, updates clients/families on enrollment status, coordinates scheduling of all enrollment activities.

    Use computers for various applications, such as database management, spreadsheets and/or word processing.
    Continually and accurately updates enrollment documents and data.
    Operates office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems.
    Performs other special projects and administrative duties as necessary and requested.
    Who You Are
    High school diploma with further education preferred on administrative/relevant business-related topics.

    Minimum of 1 to 2 years of general administrative experience within a highly professional environment that has included interacting with children and their family members, on a highly organized and reliable basis.

    Recent employment within a primary school and/or clinical environment is strongly preferred.
    Demonstrated ability to relate to and work with diverse backgrounds, human capabilities and limitations, and cultures.
    Interest in service to individuals with specialized and occasionally complex needs.

    Hours
    Full time, Monday – Friday

    Salary
    Starting at $17/hr
