- Assisting with tax research, planning and analysis
- Review tax inputs in financial models
- Support documentation and negotiation of renewable project transactions and M&A activity
- Research and communicate the implications of tax law changes

- 5+ years of relevant experience in the space (must have Partnership (Sub K) tax experience)
- Must have at least 5 years of tax experience in either public or corporate positions
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Tax required
- CPA preferred
