Housekeeping Dispatcher - Orlando

Assists management with daily job assignments for all team members Assists management in administrative duties including filing purchase order follow-up faxing maintaining records attendance on team members as well as other clerical duties Dispatching and supervising guest services calls through paging and computer systems Maintain tracking system for projects such as GCPM mattress rotation patio deep cleans Supervise late checkouts VIP Outstanding special request arrivals Occasionally lift boxes of approximately 25lbs Regular attendance in keeping with guidelines established by the company site are crucial to the successful performance of this position
To fulfill this role successfully you must possess the following minimum qualifications experience Ability to multi-task responsibilities prioritize duties meet deadlines demands Adjust schedule changes cover shifts short notice business demands Demonstrates excellence service quality standards effect guest happiness responding guests timely professional manner A courteous professional demeanor prevail handling upset guests difficult situations Basic digital literacy Related experience Bilingual English Spanish preferred Basic memo writing Microsoft Office skills Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook It would be helpful position demonstrate capabilities distinctions High school GED years related experience Excellent computer skills
