• Interpret and apply securities laws, stock exchange corporate governance standards, and proxy advisory firm policies
• Draft and review bylaws, governance policies, and codes of conduct
• Stay abreast of developments in corporate governance best practices and regulations.

• JD from an accredited law school
• Admission to the bar in Washington, D.C., or New York, or have the ability to waive in
• 8 or more years of experience in corporate governance in a major law firm setting
• Strong understanding of securities laws, corporate governance principles, proxy advisory, codes of conduct, securities and stock exchange issues and practices
• Excellent writing and research skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

• Work alongside seasoned professionals and contribute to high-profile projects that shape the landscape of corporate governance in today's dynamic business environment.

• Annual compensation range: $450,000 - $485,000.
• Salary offered within the range will be commensurate with qualifications and other operational considerations.
