Job summary
The Scribe accompanies attending physicians in order to document the patient encounter allowing contemporaneous completion of history and physical examination.- Accurately document the patient encounter to include but not limited to history physical examination treatments and procedures performed
- Checks for any incomplete charts at the end of the shift
- Completes required documentation within a reasonable time frame
