Delta Solutions & Strategies is seeking a SCJ35 Force Deployment Administrator/Analyst to support our team at USSOUTHCOM Doral, Florida
This position will provide the services necessary to support USSOUTHCOM's chartered mission to: (a) develop, acquire, evaluate, and initialize Counter Narcotics Threat (CNT) technology solutions for operational and tactical customers; (b) assist to execute funding; (c) provide support and services for the effective management, operation, and oversight of CNT activities

What you'll be doing:
Serves as the Force Deployment Administrative/Analytical Specialist for the Force Management Branch, Future Operations (SCJ35), U.S
Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM)
Provide staff analysis and Global Force Management Support to the Force Deployment Chief
Support to ensure successful CD/CTOC missions, executed IAW CJCSI B
DOD COUNTERDRUG SUPPORT, and other applicable instructions as updated or published by higher command

Support shall include:
coordinate, staff and publish deployment orders release by the SCJ3 to include all associated staffing functions across the different DoD and Inter-agency stakeholders
This includes but not limited to the Secretary of Defense and Joint Staff directorates, US Military Services, SOUTHCOM Components, other Combatant Commands, American Embassies and Security Cooperation Offices
Develops and staffs CD/CTOC related Requests For Forces (RFF) and submits to Joint Staff for approval and sourcing by designated Joint Force Providers
Utilize Automated Message Handling System (AMHS), Theater Security Cooperation Management Information Systems (TSCMIS), Joint Capabilities Requirements Manager (JCRM), and other Web-based applications for tracking, reporting, and recording the progress of related deployment information on CD/CTOC activities in the USSOUTHCOM AOR
Contractor shall provide extensive experience in implementing procedures outlined in Counterdrug Support CJCSI 3710.0B , DOD Foreign Clearance Guide, and associated directives issued by CJCS and OSD

DoD Counterdrug Support:
Ensure compliance with procedures outlined in CJCSI 3710.0B , DoD Counterdrug Support and associated directives issued by CJCS and OSD

Foreign Clearance Compliance:
Ensure compliance with procedures outlined in the DoD Foreign Clearance Guide and associated directives issued by CJCS and Commander USSOUTHCOM

Maintain Computer Tracking Systems:
Serve as adviser to the Chief, Force Management on all aspects of resourcing and deployment processes
Update, populate, and maintain databases as required
Conduct research and analysis of current deployment processes; develop and assess new initiatives

Deployment Data Processing:
Utilize the Automated Message Handling System (AMHS), Theater Security Cooperation Management Information System (TSCMIS), Joint Capabilities Requirements Manager (JCRM), and other Web-based applications for tracking, reporting, and recording the progress of related deployment information

Research and Assessment:
Assist J35 Action Officers prepare USSOUTHCOM assessments and research for responses to Congressional inquiries to include issue research and draft document preparation
Research may include coordination with other USSOUTHCOM Directorates as well as staff sections within the J35 as required
What you'll need TS/SCI clearance is required
Bachelor's degree or 5 years of experience Five (5) years' experience in joint/Combined operations, DoD operational planning experience, operational knowledge of aerial and maritime interdiction programs, and comprehensive knowledge of DoD/Federal agency CN/CTOC programs and operations
Familiarity with Inter-Agency (IA) coordination, bi-lateral cooperation agreements, and USSOUTHCOM AOR experience preferred
Spanish language proficiency desired
