    Position Overview

    As a part of our dedicated team at Pioneer Landscapes you will be a part of our transportation department.


    This position will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods to our customer, store, and quarry locations locally.

    Drivers will be tasked with driving and maintaining trucks that will be assigned to them, as well as working closely with our team of dispatchers who are planning routes and tracking deliveries.

    A Class B CDL license is required for the state in which you operate. Successful candidates must have a clean driving record and must pass a DOT mandated drug, alcohol test, and physical.

    Skills We Are Seeking


    • CDL Class A license; required
    • Must be able to retain active commercial driver license
    • Proven safe and responsible driving record with no serious tickets or accidents in last 5 years and no DWI/DUI in last 10 years
    • 1+ years commercial driving experience required
    • Consistent work history
    • Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and DOT drug and alcohol screens
    • Subject to random DOT drug and alcohol screens
    • Able to successfully pass the DOT physical examination
    • Experience with hauling bulk dirt, sand, rocks, mulch, and landscape material a plus
    • Prefer candidates with proficient oral and written communication skills, technical skills, and functional skills
    • Basic mechanical skills to perform regular vehicle inspections
    • High school diploma or GED
