    In summary:

    We are in search of an Agricultural Field Services professional to play a crucial role in ensuring the effective setup of agricultural equipment for customer or branch use, which includes transportation and equipment maintenance.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Your tasks will involve:
    • Supervising all field service operations
    • Preparing, setting up, and calibrating equipment for grower usage
    • Managing daily maintenance of application and support equipment at the branch location, such as trucks, tractors, and other assigned machinery
    • Transporting and setting up tanks as required
    • Participating in product training sessions and meetings as needed
    • Ensuring correct materials are used and safety protocols are followed at all times
    • Operating vehicles and equipment safely and legally
    • You will engage with Wilbur-Ellis clients and branches and thus, you will:
    • Maintain a professional demeanor with customers, ensuring personal presentation and branch cleanliness
    • Interact professionally with customers
    • Coordinate with sales staff to address any issues
    • Attend product training sessions and meetings as necessary

    Your qualifications:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Vital requirements:
    • Forklift Driver and Driving Certification (provided on the job)
    • Valid driver's license with Class A CDL
    • Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with fabrication techniques
    • Readiness to operate material handling equipment like forklifts, order pickers, and pallet jacks
    • Ability to lift boxes and bags weighing up to 80 lbs. repeatedly
    • Willingness to work overtime during busy periods
    • Knowledge or experience in agricultural operations (desirable)
    • Strong interpersonal skills for customer and peer interactions
