Your role

Do you want to work closely with the Wealth Planning Consultants team to drive net new asset opportunities for Financial Advisors? Are you someone who wants to work with Financial Advisors to review, deliver and implement financial plans utilizing the tools and platforms available at UBS? Do you want to promote and drive the wealth planning culture at UBS?

We're looking for a Wealth Planner to:

• deliver guidance on the different planning platforms at UBS through the wealth planning phone line
• partner with Financial Advisors to model complex strategies and structure impactful solutions within the financial plan and help identify implementation ideas within the plan
• serve as a liaison for wealth planning resources that are located in the markets
• support the platform management of our Trust Solutions, Wealth Way, & Insured Solutions offerings
• participate in education training with Financial Advisors and their teams online and in person through conferences and focus groups
• develop subject matter expertise in one or more areas of wealth planning
• maintain the marketing efforts of the team

You will be working on the Wealth Planning Consultants team in Weehawken, NJ.

This team consists of wealth planning experts who support Financial Advisors in the review, delivery, and implementation of financial plans to expand client relationships, drive net new asset opportunities, and identify opportunities through the wealth planning process.

Your expertise

• ideally 2-5 years of financial planning experience
• strong communication (oral and written) and analytical skills
• strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
• attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
• series 7 & series 66 licensed
• CFP (CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM) designation preferred but not mandatory
• background or experience using financial planning platforms preferred but not mandatory
