If hired, you will set up and operate twin column multi-axis master head machines to perform a variety of machining operations, including contouring, trepanning, milling, drilling, tapping, and boring.

Additionally, the operatoryou will prepare machined pieces for inspection and will perform final inspection of features using both an inspection probe and/or precision measuring equipment.

Assists crane operator with the rigging and moving of parts to load and unload machine.
Verifies identify of materials/jobs in accordance with established procedures.

Lesser work experience coupled with formal education may be acceptable. Must be able to demonstrate knowledge and proper use of precision measuring equipment.
Must have working knowledge of feeds and speeds for all types of materials.

Must possess the skills necessary to complete process documentation, shop records, and any other production and inspection records as required.

Must be open and available to working all shifts
Must be able to pass all pre-screening requirements, including skills assessment and mechanical aptitude testing.

The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and use ladders inside and outside of parts being machined.

993 per hour and is complemented by a generous benefits package. Upon an offer, a relocation package is available for eligible candidates.
