- Co-own important initiatives related to Choice's core loyalty on-property strategy, including coordinating enrollment campaigns.
- Lead the implementation of components for the team's test-and-learn program, such as overseeing guest experience pilot programs.
- Collaborate with Area Director & brand teams to identify and act on insights from analysis and the test-and-learn program. This may involve creating a rollout plan based on the success of a pilot program.
- Effectively communicate the importance of Loyalty on-property to both internal and external audiences through presentations.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 2-3 years of operations experience and/or industry-related experience preferred.
- Proficient in project management, adept at multitasking, and skilled in translating research into actionable insights.
- Strong organizational, time-management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Work in a hybrid environment, with up to 4 days per week in the office and the remainder from your home office, enjoying flexibility and ongoing communication with leadership.
