Surgical Assistance:
Provide first assist in various hospital procedures with a strong emphasis on laparoscopic and robotic surgeries. Work independently in the operating room, ensuring that all procedures are carried out smoothly and efficiently. Collaborate closely with surgeons to deliver high-quality surgical care, managing both pre-operative and post-operative care.
Patient Care:
Manage 2-3 patients per shift, providing thorough assessments, treatments, and follow-ups. Participate in both inpatient rounds, monitoring patient progress and adjusting care plans as needed. Utilize the Epic EMR system for documentation, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping.
Practice Setting:
Inpatient-focused role with no outpatient requirements, allowing you to concentrate fully on surgical and hospital-based care. No call responsibilities, providing a balanced work-life schedule. Work in a facility with a strong commitment to quality patient care and surgical excellence.

Work Schedule:
Full-time position, working four 10-hour shifts per week (4/10's). Overtime applies after 40 hours per week, offering additional earning potential.
Hospital Environment:
Engage in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your skills and experience will be highly valued. Work with advanced surgical technology, including laparoscopic and robotic systems. No requirement for hospital or surgery center privileges, streamlining your onboarding process.

Licensure:
Must hold a current Washington state license or qualify under the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)

Not Required Experience:
Significant experience with laparoscopic and robotic procedures is essential
