- Assist in the coordination and implementation of scholarship strategies for multiple colleges/departments/programs.
- Ensure clarity and coordination of awarding communications with all stakeholders.
- Provide day-to-day end user support for scholarship programs and reporting.
- Assist with data collection and dissemination of findings.
- Perform data management tasks and basic analyses of scholarship accounts.
- Coordinate scholarship awarding functions of the assigned colleges/departments including monitoring spendable fund balances, disbursement analysis and reporting, and awarding of scholarships.
- Prior experience working with financial aid data and demonstrated customer service orientation.
- Possess excellent organizational, detail-oriented, and time management skills.
- Work effectively in both and individual and team setting.
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
