    Marketing Manager at Epion Health in Remote

    About Epion Health Epion Health has transformed the doctor's appointment into a personalized digital experience, where patients can share information with their doctor and take ownership of their own health management.

    Our venture-backed solution spans the appointment life cycle, from the time the appointment is scheduled, to the waiting room, to the exam room, to check-out, using technology deployed on tablets and personal devices.

    Our fast-paced emerging growth company is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the company's multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at growing brand awareness, lead generation and expansion in our target markets.

    The ideal candidate is a B2B creative marketing professional with strong writing skills and experience leveraging the latest technologies and methods to engage targeted audiences.

    The ideal candidate has a demonstrated grasp of best practices associated with email marketing, content development and distribution, paid search and lead..

    This role will report to the SVP of Marketing and work with stakeholders across all functional departments within the company, as well as a team of sub-contractors.


    Required Experience or Skills:
    A bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent work experience 5years of marketing experience, ideally at a B2B healthcare technology company or marketing agency specializing in healthcare Experience designing and deploying marketing content that drives brand awareness and lead conversion Experience with hiring and managing agencies and sub-contracted resources for functions such as:creative, web design, SEO, SEM, copywriting, video and PR Experience using multiple techniques to reach audiences and measure results, including:marketing automation, website, video, social media, public relations, market research, search (paid and organic) Experience managing tradeshows and events Experience successfully managing multiple projects and resources at the same Advanced knowledge of digital and traditional marketing, B2B, communications planning, graphic standards, corporate identity management Proficiency using the MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Hubspot Experience using the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign) Possess an entrepreneurial drive to break through the clutter, invent new approaches to reach goals and maintain a competitive advantage

    Responsibilities:
    Develop, execute and measure multi-channel campaigns both independently and in collaboration with other team members on the strategic marketing, content, design, product, sales and client success Document best practices and establish new processes Develop and refine target personas in Hubspot to optimize performance of nurture strategy and sales funnel conversion Manage website updates, including content refreshes and SEO optimization Manage paid search campaigns (Google, LinkedIn and Facebook), including content development, testing, reporting and budget management Work with cross-functional teams on ad-hoc projects and/or planned initiatives requiring strategic and creative marketing support Provide regular reporting on asset ROI and campaign and/or event performance

    Salary Range:
    $100K $150KMinimum Qualification

    $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications
