    Description

    One of the world's largest entertainment and travel companies is expanding their digital experience team and looking for a UX Design Manager to help revolutionize their customer experiences with a focus on their eCommerce offerings.
    In this role, you will have a big impact on their design practice, product vision, and overall strategy of their digital offerings. This company is embarking on a major investment in digital experience innovation and you'll have a chance to be at the ground floor of this project and will contribute heavily to the future success and growth of their business

    Required Skills & Experience

    • Mastery of Figma and other design tools
    • At least 2+ years of managing a design team or design teams
    • 8+ total years of design experience primarily working on B2C or Enterprise B2B software
    • Experience delivering responsive design for web and mobile experiences
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ability to work on multiple assignments and projects at once
    • Strong understanding of Human-Centered Design principles and a mastery of full life-cycle product development and delivery
    • Clear and effective communication skills and ability to interface with executive leadership on technical and non-technical initiatives
    • Ability to solve problems independently and explain solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
    Desired Skills & Experience
    • Experience working in the travel, retail, or eCommerce experience
    • A breadth of experience designing different applications like mobile, web, native mobile, connected devices, etc.
    • Experience building, creating, and integrating design systems across large scale organizations
    • A degree in HCI, Interaction Design, or equivalent work experience
    What You Will Be Doing
    • Managing and Leading a team of UX Designers in geographically dispersed regions.
    • Mentoring staff and establishing organizational design and career ladders
    • Partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure product vision aligns with business goals
    • Creating customer journeys, hi and lo-fidelity wireframes, and protypes to ensure design vision is being translated appropriately
    • Work collaboratively with key stakeholders including product, engineering, marketing, and executive leadership.
