- Write code and create pipelines to analyze NGS data.
- Design code to integrate multi-omic clinical data.
- Mine databases to support development of new projects.
- Document procedures and results accurately with great attention to detail.

Required Skills/Abilities - Proficiency in Phyton and R.
- Strong use of clean code principles.
- Experience working with Amazon Web Services or other cloud-based computing environments.
- Basic understanding of NGS data workflow.
- Familiarity with existing bioinformatics tools for data analysis.
- A strong interest in immunology and/or immunotherapy is strongly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are essential in this collaborative work environment.
- Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced company environment.
Education and Experience - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in related scientific discipline.
