- Manage front desk shift operations interacting with guests daily via phone, e-mail and in person.
- Assisting guests with any concerns in a professional guest-focused manner.
- Oversee staff assisting with daily routine tasks ensuring proper shift coverage and work flow creating a positive team-oriented work environment
- Ensuring accurate guest check in/out procedures on shift and overnight as needed.
- Daily Cash Drawer and Deposit
- Communicate guest needs/concerns to appropriate departments to ensure any concerns are handled promptly.
- Enforce hotel policies, procedures, service standards.
- Other duties assigned by management.
