- Perform repairs, installations, and adjustments on pumping and water treatment systems
- Troubleshoot and fix faulty equipment
- Carry out regular preventive maintenance
- Address work order requests promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized service truck
- Submit paperwork in a timely manner
- Collaborate with scheduler and customers
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Strong mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot
- Knowledge of industrial tools and equipment
- Able to handle physical workload
- Must possess own hand tools and electrical meters or be willing to obtain them before training completion
- Must have a clean driving record
- High school diploma or higher education is a must
- Experience with water well or water treatment is a bonus, but training will be provided
- Capable of working independently with good problem-solving skills
- Expectation of overtime work during summer months with weekend on-call rotation
