    Job Title: Maintenance Support Technician

    Location: 12402 E 61st St, Tulsa, Oklahoma, 74146

    Assignment Duration: Up to 4 weeks, with potential extension

    Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8-12 hours per day

    Role Type: 100% Onsite

    About the Role:

    Join our team as a Maintenance Support Technician where you'll play a crucial role in supporting plant construction and maintenance activities under general supervision. You'll assist our Maintenance Mechanics by preparing work sites, moving materials, and performing tasks specific to various trades to ensure smooth operations and maintenance.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Work Preparation: Read and interpret instructions and documentation to plan and execute work activities.
    • Material Handling: Move materials and equipment to work locations and set up work sites for efficiency.
    • Task Execution: Perform specific tasks directed by skilled tradespeople to support maintenance contracts.
    • Safety Compliance: Follow all safety rules and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment.
    • Tool and Equipment Maintenance: Manage and maintain tools and equipment, and ensure clean-up and housekeeping of the work sites.

    Qualifications:
    • Experience: At least one year of experience in general building maintenance, including basic knowledge of plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems.
    • Skills:
      1. Proficient in operating scissor lifts up to 30 feet.
      2. Skilled in using hand tools such as drills, saws, pry bars, and wrenches.
      3. Strong adherence to safety protocols.
    • Physical Requirements: Capable of performing manual labor for extended periods on concrete floors.
    • Language Skills: Proficiency in English or Spanish is beneficial.
    • Education and Certifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; forklift certification is a plus but not required.
