    HR Representative

    We currently have a GREAT OPPORTUNITY for a HUMAN RESOURCES REPRESENTATIVE to join our corporate office team in PELLA, IA This is an entry-level position that encompasses general HR duties with a focus on hiring, onboarding, and administrative tasks to support the Kinetic Edge team members and organization.

    Responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

    • Hiring of administrative team members: posting, interviewing, and verifying work authorization in the US
    • Coordinating and scheduling the onboarding and orientation of all team members
    • Organizing and maintaining team member files in an HRIS
    • Assisting clinicians with the initial and ongoing credentialing process
    • Managing team member benefits: insurance enrollment, disability and worker compensation claims, FMLA, etc.
    • Implementing and assisting team members with understanding company policy and expectations including collaboration in creating or revising the team member handbook.
    • Promoting and facilitating access to the Employee Assistance Program

    Education preferred (but not an absolute requirement):

    • Bachelor's degree in human resources or like field
    • Progressive HR experience
    • PHR or SHRM certification

    The ideal candidate for this role is someone personable and outgoing who is open to collaborating with management and team members. Strong written and verbal communication skills, multitasking ability, acute attention to detail, and great time management are strengths that will help you be successful in this role.

    **Experience in the medical field and credentialing of medical providers is a plus but paid training is provided.**

    Job type: Full-time, Salaried, in-office, M-F flexible schedule, NO WEEKENDS/HOLIDAYS

    Pay: $38,000 - $47,000 based on education and experience
