A reputable and well-known company is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager for their process manufacturing facility in the Fort Wayne, IN area.

Relocation nationwide is also available for this role.

As the Process Optimization Manager, you will work with a dedicated team committed to continuous learning and improvement, delivering sustainable and world-class performance.

Provide leadership and expertise in implementing company performance system best practices.
Facilitate the roll-out of the company performance system and drive the cultural shift towards managing through pillars.

Coordinate and support plant pillar and platform leads, including areas such as 5S, Safety, Planned Maintenance, and Focused Improvement.

Monitor Sprint Plan timeline and collaborate with pillar leads and plant leadership to ensure successful completion.
Coach teams in feedback delivery, root cause analysis, trade-off analysis, interpersonal communication, and external interactions.
Collaborate with Operations teams to foster an Autonomous Maintenance work culture that adheres to centerline standards.
Degree in Business Management, Organizational Development, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in plant manufacturing.

At least 5 years of experience in a Continuous Improvement environment, with knowledge of TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement systems.

At least 5 years of experience in root cause analysis, data collection, and using TPM/company performance system concepts such as "Why, Why/ How, How" and Phenomena Thinking.
