    Job Description:


    In charge of electrical installations, servicing, and troubleshooting complex packages used in jet engine test facilities, such as engine adapters, fuel system and piping, air regulation system.

    Responsible for preparing and installing new equipment in cooperation with engineering office.

    Participate in inspections and acceptance testing of Safran Test Cells and 3rd party equipment.

    Supports existing customer, participates with maintenance and troubleshooting activities including testing, review and analysis processes.


    Perform duties with limited supervision and a high degree of responsibility, ensuring that tasks are completed on schedule, within budget, to specifications and without compromise to quality.

    Proficient computer systems knowledge to troubleshoot integrated systems.

    Prepare documentation that meets organizational standards.

    Completing assigned tasks with minimal supervision and in accordance with schedule and budget requirements.

    Providing ongoing feedback to management on deliverables.

    Acquiring ongoing knowledge necessary to perform job assignments and to improve technology, products, and processes.

    Product support through design, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning, with travel as required to worldwide sites. Travel up to 20%, with some trips lasting 2 to 3 weeks.

    Proficient electrical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues.


    Proficient knowledge and understanding with electrical schematics and P&ID; knowledge of pump operation and servicing, pressure regulators, filter packages, instrumentation (temperature, pressure, flow).

    Mechanical aptitude and ability to understand mechanical drawings and install mechanical components.

    Experience installing automated electro-mechanical systems in an industrial environment.

    Ability to perform and represent the company professionally at customer sites.

    Clear and effective written and oral communication with co-workers, management, manufacturers, and customers.

    Flexibility in working hours:
    support rotating shifts (including night shift) arrangement with the other local team members. Participation in a 24 hours remote support is expected and compensated.


    Education and Experience:
    Electrical or Aerospace (Electrical) engineering degree with at least 3 years of experience.

    7+ years of experience in a relevant industrial function may be considered in lieu of a degree.

    Aero engine experience (design/testing/servicing) will be highly considered.
