    Job Description:
    The College of Pharmacy seeks student assistants to join the College as Departmental Administrative Assistants.

    Student employees who hold this position will assist Faculty and Staff completing day to day tasks such as sorting and delivering departmental mail and packages, maintaining work rooms, issuing and maintaining supply logs, escorting college visitors and guests, as well as basic daily office support tasks.

    This posting will be used to fill multiple positions. Schedule is M-F either 9am-1pm or 10am-2pm.


    Job duties include:

    • Delivering departmental mail and package distribution
    • Ordering lunches and ordering supplies
    • Maintaining work rooms, issuing keys and maintaining key log
    • Escort college visitors and guests
    • Reserving rooms (conference rooms, classrooms, etc.)

    Expected Salary:
    $15/hour Minimum Requirements:
