Come join the diverse and fun Multidisciplinary Pelvic Health team In the Pelvic Health Clinic, we work with a variety of Nurse Practitioners, Pelvic Health Physical Therapists and Medical Doctors.
As an LPN, you will be responsible for assisting with various tests/procedures, engaging in meaningful conversations with patients to understand their medical needs, and ensuring they receive appropriate education on a variety of disease processes.
We care for patients across the life span and offer guidance and support to a wide range of Urological, Gastrointestinal, and Urogynecological issues.

The LPN job commences to integrate technical skills and theoretical knowledge to meet the needs of the patient and family.
This role assists the health care team with the prevention of illness and injury, maintenance of wellness, and provision of comfort.
This role also provides direction, education, and begins to assume leadership responsibilities at the unit level.
The LPN job delivers and accurately documents direct, age-specific care to a patient or group of patients based on medical orders and an integrated, multidisciplinary plan of care.
Licensure, Certification, or Registration Requirements for Hire:
Licensure, certification or registration varies depending on the incumbent`s employment background and transitional assignment; LPN licensure in Virginia or eligible
Licensure, Certification, or Registration Requirements for continued employment:
Current LPN Licensure in Virginia AHA BLS Certification or equivalent

Follows documented physician/licensed independent provider orders, standards, and practice guidelines such as treatments and organizes work to carry out assignment.
Additional position requirements:
Licensed Practical Nurses work all three shifts, weekends and holidays.
Individual shift rotation and schedules will be established with your specific Nurse Manager/Practice Manager.
Schedules, including requirements of shift rotations and hours of work may be adjusted as necessary to meet unit requirements and/or as needed.
