**Description**

**Position Responsibilities:**

Prepare and distribute sales reporting as required by management with proficiency in the use of internal tools such AS400 sales screens, customer service inquiry screens and generation of queries to attain data needed.

Support information to VP of Design and Marketing by category, customer, product type, dollars for various marketing promotions and programs.

Create sales analysis by customer and category for gains and losses.

Work with sales reps to compile and analyze pattern keep/drop requests during pattern drop process.

Manage price list uploads to system price files as required for new product.

Provide VP of Design and Marketing pattern and customer sales data for pricing development items for customers.

Communicate with US and China customer service and sales to verify customer pricing

Evaluate and identify sales trends by analyzing sales data.

Calculate price margins for customer programs and discounts.

Create sales price lists for all lines and programs.

Maintain records of customer price quotes

Compile and analyze data over time to forecast sales trends

Communicate with management team regularly

Review past sales data to determine trends in sales.

Prepare accurate reports using data from internal and external sources

Present actionable information and insights to team members and management

Gather and analyze data in order to understand problems and address them proactively

Collaborate with team members and members of other departments

**Role Qualifications/Essential Skills and Experience:**

Bachelor's degree in accounting, marketing or finance

Strong knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, database and presentation software (AS400 experience a plus)

Advanced problem-solving and analysis skills

Superior oral and written communication skills

High level of organization and detail-orientation

Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative

Good attitude toward teamwork as well as the ability to work independently

Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize

Excellent time management
