    • Head of Talent / Recruitment Trainer.

    Talent AcquisitionYou will report to the board with regular operational updates measured against an annual plan for Talent strategy.
    Design, implement, and execute an internal hiring plan for an expected hire.
    Collaborate with the Marketing department and own activities related to internal hiring.

    Work in partnership with Divisional Heads and the board on advertising and searching for appropriate hires based on skills gap analysis at all levelsOwnership of a tracker for talent pipelining, transparency, and board oversightManage interviews, feedback, scoring and offer processes in partnership with HRPosition the company as a market leader and employer of choice across the recruitment sector in the region by proactively communicating the companys vision and brand to a targeted audience.

    MentorSupport current employees and experienced hires that join the business to align to the company way of working, embed within their culture and effectively transition into their business whilst ensuring what made them successful elsewhere is retained.

    Cultivate an inclusive culture where everyone wins by working in collaboration with the board to ensure current staff are progressing through their pathways and future superstars are identified.


    You MUST have:
    At least 3 years 360 agency Education Recruitment experience and expert knowledge of this recruitment market.
    Proven ability coaching and mentoring other recruitment professionals.
    Passion, enthusiasm and commitment for the education recruitment industry.
    A full driving license.
    Some internal hiring in recruitment would be a distinct advantage.
