    We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team of dedicated employees at our facility in Springfield, OR, as part of our Burton Mill Solutions division. Come and grow with us

    In this role, the primary focus of duties is providing accurate and timely processing of customer invoices and payments.

    How You Will Make a Positive Impact:

  • Accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments
  • Deposit customer payments and record payment transactions
  • Review customer accounts and contact as needed for payment status
  • Respond to receivable inquiries from customers
  • Work with operations and customers to resolve issues
  • Process sales orders for billing
  • Assists in monthly close, annual audit processes, and intercompany reconciliation
  • The Value You Bring:

  • Need to be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Related certifications and college degree preferred but not required.
  • Strong computer skills, including Excel and Outlook, with experience utilizing an ERP system similar to Sage, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, etc.
  • Experience in manufacturing or distribution industries preferred
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
