- Accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments
- Deposit customer payments and record payment transactions
- Review customer accounts and contact as needed for payment status
- Respond to receivable inquiries from customers
- Work with operations and customers to resolve issues
- Process sales orders for billing
- Assists in monthly close, annual audit processes, and intercompany reconciliation
- Need to be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent. Related certifications and college degree preferred but not required.
- Strong computer skills, including Excel and Outlook, with experience utilizing an ERP system similar to Sage, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, etc.
- Experience in manufacturing or distribution industries preferred
- High attention to detail and accuracy
